Wistful - First Anniversary

I made and coded this last week before going on my trip. I found it in my imageshack account so I'm uploading it here now. Png made by Ashe! I simply added that birthday wig to make it more festive and colorful. I have already run out of birthday images so I didn't know how to make this. I hope you all like this it looks so bright and cheerful! I'll be going back to home on Monday. I can't wait to launch the special event (:
