Wistful - Council Search II

I'm doing a second and hopefully the last council search. I'll be picking two members instead of one a few members for sub-council (: I've been on a kind of graphic block lately. I haven't made petpages in weeks so this is all I could come up with. The png is from Nienke's if I do remember well and I pretty much played with the colour schemes.

I'm using part of the content I made for the previous search so I hope this one goes and works as great as the previous one.
